Terms of Use

Effective date: August 12, 2025  |  Last updated: August 19, 2025

Welcome to Affrate (the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), available at affrate.com. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service by individuals and organizations (“you,” “your”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What We Do

Affrate is an independent informational and advertising resource that publishes reviews, ratings, comparisons, and reference materials about affiliate programs and affiliate portals (including iGaming/betting/online entertainment in jurisdictions where permitted). We may display advertising and sponsored content, include affiliate links, and receive compensation for clicks, sign-ups, transactions and/or placements (see Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure).

2. Editorial Opinion & Subjective Ratings

Any rankings, weighted scores, reviews, recommendations, top lists, comparisons, awards, and other evaluations published on the Service express editorial/author opinion at the time of publication and may be subjective. We strive for accuracy and good faith, but we (i) do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or error-free materials; (ii) assume no obligation to update third-party information as it changes; and (iii) do not provide professional advice (financial, legal, tax, investment, compliance, etc.).

3. Advertising & Partnership Disclosure

The Service may (a) receive affiliate compensation for clicks, registrations, deposits, transactions, or other user actions; (b) accept fees for placement, sponsorship, promotion, or enhanced visibility in lists/tables; and/or (c) contain ad units, sponsored materials, and/or native advertising. Such materials are labeled with indicators like “Sponsored,” “Ad,” “Partner,” “Promoted,” or similar. Commercial relationships do not equal an endorsement or guarantee of quality. You must independently assess third-party terms and risks before acting.

4. Scoring Methodology (Summary)

Our evaluations may consider, among other factors: licensing and regulation, geographic markets and restrictions, affiliate program terms (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), cookie duration, payout speed/reliability, traffic quality, regulatory compliance posture, reputation and reviews, support, technology, reporting transparency, and more. Weighting can differ by segment and may change over time without separate notice. Any final score is opinion, not a statement of fact. For details, see our methodology (if available).

5. Eligibility; Age & Jurisdictions

The Service is intended for users 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If iGaming/betting access is restricted or prohibited in your country/region, you must not use the Service for purposes that violate law. We are not a gambling operator, do not accept stakes/deposits, do not hold user funds, and do not provide gaming services.

6. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages or lost profits, including arising from (a) use of or inability to use the Service; (b) acts/omissions of third parties, operators, and affiliate programs; (c) inaccuracies, delays in updates, or incomplete content; (d) following external links and interacting with third-party resources. If liability is required by law, the total amount for any user is limited to fees actually paid by such user to us for paid access in the last 12 months; if no paid relationship exists — zero.

7. Third‑Party Links & Content

The Service may contain links to third-party sites and materials. We do not control such resources, are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and do not guarantee legal compliance. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

8. Data Accuracy & Operator Relations

Information about partners/operators is provided by them, collected from public sources, and/or obtained through editorial research. Inadvertent inaccuracies may occur. Operators/affiliates may submit updates or objections with supporting documentation; we will consider requests reasonably but reserve editorial discretion. Listing on the Service does not create an agency, fiduciary, consulting, audit, or compliance‑certification relationship.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service materials (text, graphics, logos, tables, ratings, methodologies, databases, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual‑property laws. Copying, republication, aggregation, mass parsing/scraping, or creating derivative works is prohibited without our prior written consent, except as required by law. Third‑party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification/review.

10. Acceptable Use

  • No bypassing technical protections or access controls;
  • No automated scraping/crawling without our consent;
  • No interference, vulnerability testing, or malicious code;
  • No unlawful content or infringement of third‑party rights;
  • No use of the Service to facilitate illegal gambling or other unlawful actions.

11. Accounts & User Content (if applicable)

If the Service allows accounts, you are responsible for credential confidentiality and actions under your account. By posting user materials (e.g., reviews), you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content within the Service. We may moderate, edit, or remove materials violating these Terms or law.

12. Conflicts of Interest & Independence

We endeavor to clearly separate editorial content from advertising. Where a potential conflict exists (e.g., participating in a program as a partner), we use reasonable efforts to disclose it and/or exclude such materials from editorial rankings or label them accordingly.

13. Changes to the Service & to These Terms

We may update the Service and/or amend the Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect upon posting on this page unless stated otherwise. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated version.

14. Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (in whole or in part) at our discretion, including for violations of the Terms, security risks, or as required by law/regulators.

15. Notices of Infringement; Contact

If you believe material on the Service infringes your rights or the law, email: contact@affrate.com and include (i) identification of the content (URL, screenshots, description); (ii) the basis of your claim; (iii) contact details and supporting documents. We will review in good faith within a reasonable time.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may also use alternative dispute‑resolution mechanisms available under your national law.

17. Severability; 18. No Waiver; 19. Assignment; 20. Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. We may assign our rights/obligations; you may not assign without our written consent. These Terms, together with referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy), constitute the entire agreement.

Important: The Service does not provide professional advice (financial/legal/compliance, etc.). Ensure your activity complies with local law and age restrictions.
